We offer both in-home/in-office service.  Most things we can do in our store, we can perform at your house!  Of course, there’s always a caveat.  The difference between our on-site work and in-store work is hourly rate vs. fixed rate.  When on-site, we charge by the hour whereas in-store is a fixed cost.  When a computer is checked in, that guarantees us enough time and resources for us to fix the computer properly, where being at your house or business we might not be in such a fortunate position.

Every now and again, a computer can’t be fully completed on-site or the convenience factor for either the technician or customer warrants the transport of the computer back to our service department.  This will occur with your consent and at no extra charge.  There may be a fee for delivering the computer back to your house, however (pick up will always be free of charge).

    • Existing Internet Connections
    • Printers
    • iPods
    • and countless others

*We are not responsible for any type of data loss, especially through data recovery.  Data recovery is a very delicate process and on rare occasions just the act of trying to recover data will make the data unrecoverable.  It’s a terrible position to be in, but unfortunately very little can be done about it.
